Patronato Benéfico Oriental, Inc. is a non-profit organization established in 1976. We provide social services to vulnerable communities in the Dominican Republic through various development programs. The organization is supported mainly through donations received from individuals and companies, and through income from our sustainable programs.
For over 47 years, Patronato Benéfico Oriental, Inc. has worked tirelessly with communities in vulnerable conditions, in a relentless pursuit of sustainable growth and shared prosperity. From our work with children and its extension to education, health and technical skills, we have learned important lessons about what matters and the key areas to drive development.
Our main objective is for our efforts to become self-sustaining through efficient social business models. In recent years we have worked to document our best practices and lessons learned, creating replicable models of our initiatives that can be adapted, implemented and extended effectively in any environment and context that is fertile for growth and social development.
