Our mission

The purpose of the Madres Maravilla project is to empower single mothers in the community, specifically in the tourism area, who lost their jobs during the COVID-19 pandemic and need to generate income to support their families.

The Madres Maravilla program directly impacts 167 single mothers from the Hogar del Niño and their 501 children, who are in extremely vulnerable conditions. These meet in person or virtually every week and have dynamics, materials and resources designed especially for the articulation, dynamization and transformation of their members. In addition, the members of each group are co-responsible for the well-being and success of their colleagues, contributing resources individually that together build a greater shared value among all. Its evolution is accompanied by a shared team of human resources experts.
