Meet our scholarship recipients: Eddyany Génesis Batista Abreu

The young Eddyany Batista started at the Hogar del Niño in her first year of high school, standing out for being a representative of the school in various Literature contests.
In 2015 she obtained a scholarship from the "Dale un Chance" program of the Asociación Popular de Ahorros y Préstamos (APAP), to study Industrial Engineering at one of the most prestigious universities in the country, INTEC.
In November 2020, she graduated as an Industrial Engineer and is currently working as a "Continuous Improvement Technician" in a multinational medical device manufacturing company.
